Recognised as Melbourne’s oldest building and home to the city’s largest outdoor beer garden, The Mitre Tavern has stood the test of time since 1837. With a premium upstairs steakhouse, a vintage art collection, and an atmosphere like no other for post-work drinks, it has something for everyone.

The Mitre Tavern engaged UYO Collective to help bring this experience to life online.

The Bridge

UYO Collective developed a social media strategy that positioned The Mitre Tavern as a business that attracts, rather than chases. In doing so, we set out to showcase what makes this tavern one of Melbourne’s premier destinations — its history, its people, and its charm — through content that let the Tavern speak for itself.

The Result

UYO developed a monthly videography, photography, and social media management service and strategy to showcase everything that makes the Tavern unique, ultimately ensuring that the Mitre remains Melbourne CBD’s most iconic pub.

In the month of June 2026 UYO attined 1 million organic views for The Mitre Tavern online and have helped contribute to The Mitre’s Broader business success.

Cryosite are a an ASX listed company, a unique Australian company and a world-class specialist in providing outsourced clinical trials depot services.

Established in 2000, Cryosite is highly experienced in clinical trial logistics. Their team is comprised of highly qualified scientists and clinical trials experts who ensure complex clinical trials are conducted with seamless efficiency and safety.

Showcasing a Melbourne Institution.

The Gap

Donovans is a Melbourne icon. They wanted their ethos to be represented across their paid and organic channels to amplify their digital presence, and showcase what the restaurant has to offer, Bombe Alaska and all.

The Bridge

We collaborated with Donovan’s to develop a comprehensive digital strategy encompassing organic social media, paid advertising, CRM management and email marketing. This multifaceted approach was designed not only to boost bookings,but also to enhance the restaurant’s prestigious reputation, reflecting the esteemed image Donovan’s is known for.

The Result

The team executed this for two full years and holds an incredible bond to the Donovans name. The business has now been taken over by a former member of staff, who continues to support it.

The Gap

LVL Up required digital marketing support to launch their impressive retail range of hydration supplements online.

With a strong in-store presence, it has been fantastic to be part of LVL UP’s next phase as they enter the e-commerce space.

Pushing the boundaries of hydration, LVL UP’s TGA-listed hydration formula is backed by science, with key benefits including reducing symptoms of dehydration, improving exercise performance, supporting energy levels, and aiding post-exercise recovery.

UYO provided a full GTM strategy for LVL UP, leaning into Meta Advertising and EDM communications at the forefront of the fully integrated marketing system to help the business perform online.

Melbourne Speciality Centre

The Gap

Located in the heart of Melbourne’s Inner North, Melbourne Specialty Centre is a purpose-built facility offering the latest and most advanced treatments across a range of medical disciplines. The centre brings together five specialist groups under one roof: Melbourne Vasectomy Doctors, Carpal Tunnel Institute, Melbourne Vein Group, Inner North Skin Clinic, and Allergy One.

Despite delivering impressive, cutting-edge services, the centre had a minimal digital presence,  leaving a lot of their story untold. The team needed a refresh across their websites, video content, and digital marketing strategies, along with ongoing support to effectively communicate what they offer to Melbourne audiences.

The Bridge

UYO began with a thorough audit of each individual business, using those insights to develop tailored scopes of work. Depending on the needs of each group, this meant either modernising outdated creative assets or building fresh content from the ground up, all with a focus on brand awareness and lead generation.

For the lead generation campaigns specifically, UYO was tasked with not just increasing enquiries, but improving their quality, ensuring the Melbourne Specialty Centre’s sales team could operate at maximum efficiency and focus their energy where it mattered most.

Plantein

Moo-free meat.

The Result

Earlier this year, we launched a national out-of-home campaign on behalf of Plantein, an Australian brand offering plant-based foods made from pure plant protein.

Designed and led by creative Rhys Dellios Callanan, these billboards populated main Australian highways over July and August 2024. Rhys explains his approach below:

“When tasked with showcasing Plantein’s plant-based meats, we leaned into the product’s truth — a delicious, meaty taste without the meat. Our ‘Real taste. Not real meat’ platform brought fun to the forefront, with playful headlines like ‘Moo-free meat,’ aiming to turn heads and encourage people to see Plantein as the perfect meat alternative — with no compromise on taste.”

High St

The Gap

High St Dispensary, a holistic health clinic in Sydney’s
Enmore, needed to raise awareness and attract clients
seeking alternative medications. After disappointing results
from other agencies, owner Kurt turned to UYO to help
build trust and drive real engagement.

We repositioned the brand with a refreshed, vibrant

Action Aluminium is an Australia owned family business that has been operating for over 20 years. They had minimal social media presence and wanted to generate more leads for their business.

Cremorne’s first private lifting club, founded by Mike, Tunel and their brilliant team, has recently launched UNDFTD – a premium, members-only gym designed for elite training.

UNDFTD is where performance and recovery meet community. The private club offers members access to an open-floor layout featuring Australia’s finest gym equipment, strength, cardio and hybrid training classes, and a bespoke wellness area to reset and recharge – all designed to deliver a world-class experience, every time.

The Bridge

For those who take their health and wellness seriously, they simply needed to know this place existed. That’s where UYO came in, helping UNDFTD cut through the noise with digital marketing that matched its elite offering. From targeted email campaigns and strategic paid ads to striking videography and photography, we brought UNDFTD’s premium experience to life and into the hands of the right audience.

The Result

UYO supported UNDFTD in selling out its first 200 memberships since opening through targeted Meta advertisement.

Lucas Restaurants

Content captured and delivered for Melbourne's flagship hospitality group.

The Gap

The Lucas Group worked closely with UYO Collective in 2023 and 2024 to produce both Lo Fi, Hi Fi Videography for The Lucas Group Restuarants, specifically, Grill Americano, Society and Chin Chin.

A series of videos that generated over 15,000 views delivered to their 43,000 followers.

Hotel Sorrento

Showcasing the best of what the Mornington Peninsula has to offer.

The Gap

Hotel Sorrento wanted to showcase the premium offerings that they have introduced over the years and needed a team to produce high quality content to execute this.

The Bridge

We developed digital assets (video, images & statics) that encapsulated the Hotel Sorrento experience. We devised a digital strategy utilising meta and Google ads to craft campaigns that would best resonate with potential guests to maximise hotel, dining and spa bookings.

How we turned Sydney Town Hall into the star of the show.

Marilyn Monroe is an icon. For decades she has captured the hearts and minds of audiences across the globe with her talent, beauty, and charm. We needed to ensure Marilyn’s star-power was heard, seen and felt by all her fans in the lead up and throughout the duration of the Marilyn Monroe Exhibition.

The Bridge

To give fans the true Marilyn experience, uyo developed a variety of digital assets, out-of-home assets and exhibition merchandise that reflected her star-power and charm. We also devised a paid digital strategy to maximise ticket sales so we could reach her fans far and wide.

The Result
  • uyo transformed the Sydney Town Hall to be a ‘captivating allure of Marilyn Monroe’ which resulted in over 15,000 ticket being sold – a 600% increase from their previous benchmark.
  • The exhibition merchandise sold out within the first four weeks of the exhibition.
  • uyo was able to reach over 4,000,000 engaged users which saw the overall exhibition revenue increase 400% from the exhibitions previous benchmark.

How we refreshed a haircare brand to triple their revenue.

A complete refresh was required for Malia Hair as they wanted to rejuvenate their brand with a simplistic, yet bold approach to their packaging design and brand identity.
